Sandwich Panels
CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) SHEET is a high-performance composite material that integrates continuous fiber reinforcement with thermoplastic resins. It combines the strength of continuous fibers with the flexibility, impact resistance, and processing ease of thermoplastics.
Compared to traditional materials, CFRT SHEET offers superior mechanical strength, rigidity, corrosion resistance, and light weight. It is widely used in industries requiring strong, durable, and formable materials—such as automotive, aerospace, construction, marine, and sports equipment.
Thanks to its fiber-reinforced layered structure, CFRT sheets provide reliable strength in both single-direction (UD) and multi-direction (woven) configurations, supporting both structural and protective applications.

Specificities
Sinomate’s sandwich panels offer outstanding thermal insulation, impact resistance, and corrosion protection. The rigid core layer provides compressive strength and absorbs energy, while the outer skins resist bending, scratching, and weathering.
These panels are compatible with lamination, CNC cutting, and thermoforming processes. Whether applied in exterior panels, floors, or partition walls, our sandwich structures retain their performance over time, even in extreme temperature or moisture conditions.
Sandwich panels are also valued for their customizability—panel thickness, size, skin material, and core type can all be tailored to meet project-specific requirements.

Products Customized
We offer fully customizable sandwich panels to fit the unique demands of each industry.
Customers can choose between PP honeycomb, PU foam, PET foam, or XPS as the core material. Surface layers can be made from CFRT sheets, fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastics, aluminum foil, or decorative laminates.
Panel thicknesses range from 6 mm to 50 mm, and maximum panel dimensions can reach up to 2.5m × 6m, depending on transportation and equipment. Optional features include anti-slip coatings, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and pre-drilled holes for installation.
We support OEM and custom branding, making our panels ready for your production line.
